By creating an account or using SpeakNexa's website, mobile apps, or voice practice features, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use SpeakNexa.
Description of service
SpeakNexa provides AI-powered voice conversation practice, mock interviews, and related feedback and progress tracking tools for spoken English and interview preparation. Features and limits vary by plan.
Account responsibilities
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans (Speak Pro and Career Pro) include a monthly practice-minutes allowance and renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your account dashboard; changes take effect from your next billing cycle. Unused minutes do not roll over unless stated otherwise for your plan.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse SpeakNexa — including attempting to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer our AI models, or use the platform for any unlawful or abusive purpose.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
SpeakNexa is provided "as is." AI-generated feedback and interview practice are intended as a learning aid and do not guarantee interview or exam outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, SpeakNexa is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SpeakNexa after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
